Faculty of Pharmacy’s 35th anniversary: international level achieved

On December 15, 2016 delegation of Harbin Medical University: professors of HMU College of Pharmacy Baoxin Li and Benzhi Cai, and deputy director of international office Jiangang He visited Bashkir State Medical University and had a meeting with the Rector of BSMU Professor Pavlov.

“True friendship, brotherhood even, developed between our universities. This allows us to implement programs of academic mobility, to engage in joint scientific activities, to further advance relationships not only between regions, but between countries”, noted Professor Pavlov. He also invited Chinese partners to join the celebration of Bashkir State Medical University’s 85^th anniversary next year.

Professors from HMU on December 16, 2016 became guests of honor at the All-Russian Scientific Conference with International participation “Pharmaceutical education, and modern aspects of science and practice”. The presented reports on stem-cells therapy of heart diseases   and drug-induced proarrhythmia.

Agreement of cooperation between HMU and BSMU was concluded in October 2015. Currently within the framework of this Agreement 11 postgraduate students are doing their PhDs in Harbin. Faculties of both universities actively take part in joint conferences, workshops, master-classes.
