Delegation of BSMU took part in I brain center forum of the Russian-Chinese Association "Volga-Yangtze"

The delegation of BSMU, that included rector of BSMU, corresponding member of RAS, Professor Pavlov V.N., Head of Department of international affairs Professor Zagidullin N.S., Head of nuclear medicine course Associate Professor Ishemgulov R.R. and officer of Department of international affairs Fazylova K.R., took part in I brain center forum of the Russian-Chinese Association "Volga-Yangtze" on 26-29th October, 2017 in Chengdu (China). The Association unites higher education institutions in the Volga river basin in Russia and the Yangtze river in China. BSMU is one of the most active members of this Association. Particularly, the University collaborates closely with Sichuan University, Nanchang University and Jiangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine. During last three years students of Sichuan and Nanchang University have practice at the clinic BSMU and students and doctors of BSMU have practice in hospitals of Nanchang and Sichuan Universities. Since 2017 this cooperation was adjusted with Jiangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine.
Professor V. N. Pavlov, Professor Zagidullin N. Sh. and associate Professor Ishemgulov R. R. made presentations on the event. Pavlov V. N. in his report on cooperation between BSMU and Universities of China during recent years paid attention to the global trends in politics, education and science in the world, particularly in Russia and China. During the conference meetings with the management and staff of Chinese universities were held, new opportunities for cooperation were discussed.
