BSMU has launched a series of career guidance events for applicants from the former Soviet Union countries

Last week, virtual Open Days were held for foreign applicants from the countries of the former Soviet Union countries.

The partners were Paimon Private School and Pervotsvet Language Center (Khujand, Republic of Tajikistan), Educational Information Technologies LLC (Dushanbe, Republic of Tajikistan).

The participants of the career guidance events are schoolchildren from the CIS countries. During the virtual communication, the participants had the opportunity to ask questions about the order of admission, the necessary documents, etc.

Partner organizations of BSMU are the leaders of the education market in Tajikistan, have extensive experience and reputation. On the basis of the Paimon school, the biology teacher Gafforova Nilufar Sattorovna directs the medical and biological class and prepares graduates for admission to the leading medical universities in Russia, including Bashkir State Medical University. Portal Repetitor.tj (LLC "Educational Information Technologies") is a center for preparing applicants for entrance exams to domestic and foreign universities. More than 1,200 students of the center successfully passed the entrance exams and became students of the best universities in Tajikistan, Russia, Germany, Japan, the Czech Republic, South Korea, China, Kazakhstan, Belarus, etc. Experts of Repetitor.tj has developed and implemented Tajikistan's first online educational platform for exam preparation “repetitor.mobi”.

In the near future, BSMU plans to open joint medical classes in partner organizations in Tajikistan, which will allow combining efforts and experience in training qualified personnel for healthcare.

The event was held in the format of a Youtube broadcast and using the Zoom service.

The pandemic once again emphasized the importance of training medical personnel, and we feel a significant increase in the number of requests from international applicants. Today, the University has more than 2,300 students from 54 countries.
