Pharmaceutical technology with a biotechnology course

The Department of Pharmaceutical Technology with a Course of Biotechnology is one of the specialized departments of the Pharmaceutical Faculty. The Department is headed by Doctor of Pharmacy, Professor Yulia V. Shikova.

Students of the fourth, fifth and sixth years study the following subjects at the department: pharmaceutical technology, industrial technology and biotechnology.

Classes on pharmaceutical technology are close to production. The educational process is conducted in accordance with the state educational standard of higher education, curricula, model and operational programs on pharmaceutical technology. Term papers, prepared at the Department, are directly related to the development of dosage forms.
