On May 17, BSMU Clinic will host the workshop "Robotic Surgery in Stomach Cancer Surgery" and the scientific and practical conference "The Treatment of Gastric Cancer: Russia and China»

Vice-Director of the Gastrointestinal Surgery department, Director of the Stomach Cancer Institute of the West China hospital of Sichuan University (China), Professor Hu Jiankun and the leading specialist of the Gastrointestinal Surgery department of the West China hospital of Sichuan University (China), Vice-President of the Youth Society of Laparoscopic Surgery of China, Yang Kun, will participate in the master class.

On 18 May, professors from China will take part in the scientific and practical conference of the Volga Federal district "Topical Issues on Coloproctology", dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the Coloproctology service in Bashkortostan. The Academy of Sciences will host the conference. Professor Hu Jiankun will represent the report "Results of Clinical Trials of Stomach Cancer in China", Professor Yang Kun will speak on the report "Laparoscopic D2 distal gastrectomy with neoadjuvant chemotherapy in local gastric cancer".
