BSMU Educational and Sport Complex №10 hosted the “Nephro-League” volleyball match under the motto “Transplantation? I am for that!”

The match was held on 18 May 2018. Vice-rector for Medical Work at BSMU, Vitaly V. Viktorov, head of BSMU sports club, Rail Abzalilov, and others attended the opening ceremony.

Two teams consisting of doctors, athletes, and patients, who were transplanted organs, took part in the match.

The goal of the match is to draw public attention to the issue of transplantation and healthy lifestyle promotion. Organ transplantation saves many lives.

NEPHRO-LEAGUE is a non-profit interregional public organization of nephrological patients, which unites nephrological patients on dialysis, patients with kidney diseases, but not on dialysis, as well as transplanted patients. "NEPHRO-LEAGUE" was founded in 2007.

All the participants were awarded with medals and cups.
