BSMU representative took part in the IV European Congress on Stroke

The IV European Congress on Stroke took place in Götenborg (Sweden) from 16 till 18 may 2018, where the Russian delegation took part. BSMU representative became the head of the Neurology and Neurosurgery department of APEI, Professor, chief freelance neurologist of the Ministry of Healthcare of Bashkortostan, Scientific Director of the Head Vascular Center of RB, L. B. Novikova. The program of the Congress was devoted to the topical aspects of angioneurology, traditionally included plenary and sectional sessions. Poster reports were widely presented, and more than 1800 abstracts from 80 countries, including Russia, were published.

The organizers of ESOC 2018 discussed the Association's action plan on stroke for 2018-2030.

The conference ended with an active and detailed discussion of topical issues.
