Rector of the Bashkir State Medical University, corresponding member of RAS, Valentin N. Pavlov was awarded the title “Honorary Professor of Harbin Medical University”

From 8 until 10 November Yekaterinburg hosts the XVIII Congress of the Russian Urology Society and the Russian-Chinese Forum on Urology.

On 8 November 2018 within the framework of the Congress Prof. Jan Baofen, the co-Chairman of the Russian-Chinese Association of Medical Universities, academician at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, awarded the title "Honorary Doctor of Harbin Medical University" to Valentin N. Pavlov, the rector of BSMU, corresponding member of RAS, for merits in development of cooperation between the Bashkir State Medical University and Harbin Medical University.

Valentin N. Pavlov was the organizer of the Health Week of the SCO and BRICS member states in Ufa in 2015, bilateral post-graduate courses in CMU and BSMU, major international congresses and conferences in the field of urology and other fields of Medicine in Ufa. It should be noted, that this title is given only to outstanding scientists and doctors, in particular, from the USA, Japan, Russia, Korea and other countries that have made a great contribution to the development of Science, Medicine and international cooperation between Harbin Medical University and other countries.
