INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS TOOK PART IN INTERACTIVE PRESENTATION OF CARDIOPULMONARY RESUSCITATION SKILLS FOR 1ST YEAR STUDENTS AND NURSES
An interactive presentation on providing first aid and its one of the most inevitable part - cardiopulmonary resuscitation, was held on 18th of January, 2016.The presentation was organized for the 1st year students during their clinical placements and on special request of nursing staff of the Hospital # 21 in Ufa.
International Students of BSMU with their Dean Dr. R.S. Farshatov have shown the master class for hospital staff on CPR. Student’s team headed by Karan Verma (India) showed the best skills in lifesaving techniques.
The conference was very successful: hospital staff has valuable opportunity to upgrade their professional skills, and the first year foreign students have precious chance to learn highly professional and operative medical procedures and to assist to Dr. Farshatov in demonstrating the lifesaving manipulations.
