Congratulations from the Rector of the University, Valentin Pavlov, on Defender of the Fatherland Day

Dear colleagues!

Today, Defender of the Fatherland Day in our country is primarily associated with the army and the armed forces.

Russia is known for its courageous and strong people, who in difficult times are ready to defend their homeland and sacrifice everything for Victory. During the Great Patriotic War, our ancestors defeated the Nazis at the cost of huge losses for the sake of our future and the future of their country.

I would like to congratulate our veteran of the Great Patriotic War, combat scout Askhat Mingazetdinov. Thanks to such people, we forged a Victory.

Today, our Homeland is fighting the followers of Nazism, which is supported by the collective West, just as it was then. Together with military personnel and volunteers, doctors also help to protect our homeland. University doctors regularly keep their watch in new regions of the country. In two years, 21 specialists have been repeatedly seconded, two employees have been there since the beginning of a special military operation.
