BSMU students take part in the regional stage of the World Youth Festival – the festival "Deistvui!"

On March 13, the first day of the regional stage of the World Youth Festival "Deistvui" festival was held at the Interuniversity Student campus of the Eurasian REC. Some of the events of the festival take place at the sites of the medical University.

The festival "Deistvui" is the legacy of the World Youth Festival, which conveys its meanings and mission in the regions of Russia. The Republic of Bashkortostan has become one of the conductors of values and the center of attraction for young people.

– The regional stage of the festival is an opportunity to become part of the history of an international event. In addition, the educational platforms of the festival will help the personal development of participants, and the results of the strategic sessions will determine the vector of further work of youth and student associations," said Vito Sabirov, Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Bashkortostan for Youth Policy.

On the first day, the event was attended by more than 500 participants, among them students of BSMU, other universities of the republic and working youth. The festival program included networking sessions, master classes, interactive lectures from federal and regional speakers, strategic sessions and meetings of student clubs at 7 venues in the following areas: creativity, volunteerism, business and grants, media, science, sports and dormitory councils.

On March 13, speakers and guests were: Sergey Kosenchuk, General Director of the Media Laboratory, Alexey Menshenin, Adviser to the Executive Director of the Association of Student Sports Clubs of Russia, Alexey Mitenev, Head of the Regional Development Department of the Association of Student Sports Clubs of Russia, expert Rosmolodezh.grants and #MyPlace Olga Chesnokova, head of the Moscow Regional Training Center of the Russian Youth Union Dmitry Krainov and many others.
