Valentin N. Pavlov met with the participants of the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Pharmaceutical education, modern aspects of science and practice»
On 24 May rector of Bashkir State Medical University, corresponding member of RAS, Valentin N. Pavlov met with the head of the Pharmaceutical Sciences Research Center of Shahid Beheshti Medical Sciences University, Professor Farshad Hosseini Shirazi (Iran, Tehran) and the head of the Pharmaceutical and Toxicological Chemistry department of the South Kazakhstan State Medical Academy, Saule Ordabayeva. Honored guests took part in the International scientific and practical conference "Pharmaceutical education, modern aspects of science and practice" http://bashgmu.ru/en/news/14078/.
At the meeting, the Iranian professor showed interest in the University's management in academic mobility of students and professors, the possibility of training graduate students of BSMU under the PhD program in Iran. Professor Shirazi noted that he had met with BSMU applicant from Iran, who successfully had completed training at the preparatory courses and planned to continue studying in BSMU.
Professor Saule Ordabayeva noted that she was pleased to come to Ufa again (she took part in BSMU anniversary events, in November 2017), to make a report to the audience at the scientific and practical conference. At the end of the meeting on behalf of the management, Saule Ordabayeva and Valentin N. Pavlov signed the agreement on extension of Memorandum of cooperation between Bashkir State Medical University and South Kazakhstan State Medical Academy.
