The 4th floor
1. The Laboratory for the search for small targeted molecules studies the mechanisms of complexation of low molecular weight ligands with biomacromolecules for the development and study of the potential of targeted drugs. A library of new compounds for high-throughput screening is being developed – an effective tool for drug development. The design of such substances embodies high-tech solutions from the field of medical chemistry, computer modeling, fine organic synthesis and other disciplines.
2. The Laboratory of Additive Technologies is engaged in the development of personalized bone implants and laboratory consumables. Using advanced additive manufacturing techniques, this laboratory opens up new perspectives in the medical field. Personalized bone implants are developed considering the individual characteristics of patients, which allows you to achieve the optimal combination of functionality and compatibility with the body. This approach significantly improves the efficiency and success of operations, reducing recovery time and improving the quality of life of patients.

1. The Human Microbiome Laboratory specializes in studying the composition of human microflora in different organs under various pathologies. Laboratory staff conduct research aimed at identifying links between the composition of microflora and various diseases, which is relevant for the development of new methods of prevention and treatment.
2. The Laboratory of Molecular Hybrids develops bicyclic peptides as new antimicrobial and antitumor drugs, targeted delivery of drugs to alveolar macrophages using low molecular weight address systems, and the search for natural semi-synthetic derivatives - potential antitumor agents.
3. The Mathematical Modeling Laboratory focuses on the analysis of complex systems in biological and medical research. It helps scientists and medical specialists understand and predict the behavior of biological processes, the dynamics of diseases and the effectiveness of treatment. This allows the development of new methods of diagnosis and therapy, as well as the optimization of existing treatment approaches.
