Documents to be submitted

Before arrival to Russian Federation

Documents could be sent via e-mail (admission@bashgmu.ru) .

1.      copy of the international passport (the pages with the photo, date of expiration and place of birth etc.); Note that your passport should be valid for at least 2.5 years from the date of application.

2.      Documents confirming your previous level of education

3.      Application Form and Visa Invitation Form

4.      Health fitness certificate (with information of your vaccination)              

All documents must be translated to Russian and duly certified (certified at a consular department of the embassy or recognized if applicable).

Please use your official name (as on passport and on all your application documents).

Make sure your email address is valid and functional as all University correspondence will be sent to the email address you enter in the Application Form.

All your necessary documents must be submitted by the last date of application.

After arrival to Russian Federation applicants have to submit originals of all necessary documents listed below to Admission Committee.

Documents required for admission:

1.          Application Form

2.          Photograph 3.5 x 4.5 cm (1.18 x1.57 inches).

3.          International Passport copy

4.          For applicants under 18 years – parental consent to travel certified by a notary.

5.          Education certificate copy. Academic transcripts (transcript of record, university degree/s, diploma supplements). Recognition certificate (if necessary).

6.          Medical Check-up results (issued by University Hospital)

7.          Vaccination certificate or documents containing information about your vaccination

8.          HIV status certificate

9.          Medical Insurance

Additional documents for PhD fellowship:

7.     Research paper in Russian or English language (for PhD)

8.     List of publications (for PhD)

All documents must be legalized in due order, translated into Russian, with the translation to be certified by a notary.  

Additionally, all applicants have to submit necessary documents for registration to Deans Office for International Students.
