BSMU Announces Enrollment for the «Fitness Instructor» Training Program

The courses will start at the Department of Physical Education on 15 March 2026.
After completing the course, you will:

• find your calling and acquire skills in a highly sought‑after profession;
  
• gain a comprehensive theoretical and practical foundation to launch your career;
  
• be able to design individual training programs;
  
• learn the basics of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics — this will help you understand how the body functions and responds to exercise, and assist clients in achieving their goals safely and effectively;
  
• acquire the necessary skills for working with clients;
  
• become the best trainer for yourself: master the correct exercise techniques and plan your own training programme tailored to your personal goals.
  

We provide training right at the University, at the Department of Physical Education.
Upon completion, you will receive a Certificate of Professional Training with the qualification «Fitness Instructor» (in accordance with Order No. 534 of the Russian Ministry of Education dated 14 July 2023).
