Propaedeutics (introduction to the specialty) of internal diseases is a fundamental subject for other clinical disciplines, and is studied in the 2nd-3rd year of medical university. During their training at the clinic, students acquire basic knowledge, skills and abilities in patient examination, diagnosis and the main areas of treatment and prevention of diseases of internal organs.

Head of the Department of Propaedeutics of Internal Diseases, prof. N.Sh. Zagidullin, as part of a delegation from BSMU, took part in the first Pan-African exhibition and conference in the field of medical and pharmaceutical industries “Africa Health ExCon 2022” from July 5 to July 7, 2022 in Cairo, Egypt. The purpose of the delegation’s participation is to present BSMU as an educational institution of higher professional education for foreign students. The exhibition presents an exhibition on a continental scale, with approximately 2,500 exhibitors from all over the world taking part.
