BSMU has been chosen as the Basic Institution for the Expert Council forming on competitive selection of scientific and innovative projects "Relay of High School Science"

All-Russian scientific-practical event "Relay of High School Science" is a multi – stage project aimed at assistance in the implementation of the Strategy of medical science development in the Russian Federation at the period up to 2025 and the program of making maps of the Russian science in the medical field.

In each Federal district they determine a medical university, which is responsible for the formation of the Expert Council and the competitive selection of scientific and innovative projects on the topics of scientific platforms. In the Volga Federal district Bashkir State Medical University became such a partner.

The Expert Council of the Volga Federal district became BSMU professors and teachers, who will hold the competitive selection of scientific and innovative projects in the following areas: "Cardiology and Angiology", "Neurology", "Endocrinology", "Pediatrics", "Psychiatry and Addiction", "Immunology and Microbiology", "Pharmacology", "Preventive Environment", "Reproductive Health", "Regenerative Medicine", "Invasive Technologies", "Innovative Fundamental Technology in Medicine", "Oncology".
