BSMU Volunteer Crew hold the Master class on the Leadership development

On 28 March 2018, BSMU Volunteer Crew hold the Master class "Lead Yourself: Leadership Development". The theme was chosen on purpose. There was the survey in the social network, the results of which showed the desire to learn more about leadership.

The first speaker was Khamzin Rustem Rinatovich, Director and founder of the center for Psychological business training "Vector", member of the New York Academy of "Systemic knowledge", business coach. He told about the main points on which the Leader has to guide at decision-making. He also noted the importance of statistics and the ability to change your strategy on the way to achieve the goals.

Gazizova Lira Ildusovna, Advisor to the Secretariat of the State Assembly - Kurultai of the Republic of Bashkortostan, business coach, and the author of the program "Oratory art" continued the theme of the previous speaker and shared stratagems, which she uses in her life. Lira Ildusovna highlighted the important idea: to benefit is a good luck, and to fight for benefit is a loss, so she wished the participants not to fight, but to see opportunities and build effective communications.

His own vision of the Leader and the skills that the Leader should possess, expressed Kilsenbaev Azat Salavatovich, Deputy Head of the League of Youth Policy of the Republic of Bashkortostan on design and creative activities. Azat Salavatovich told in what way the ability to take responsibility, plan the daily schedule and communication skills help him in his activities.

As the Roman historian Titus Livius said: "The leader has two important features: first, he goes somewhere, and second, he can lead people." We believe that the participants of the Master class will become real Leaders who will boldly walk and lead others.
