Evgeniy Biktashev, a sixth-year student of the Faculty of Pediatrics at BSMU, became the wrestling on belts champion of the Republic in 2018 and won the right to perform in the championship of Russia

On 26 May Bashkir State University hosted the competition in wrestling on belts. More than 130 athletes from all over the country took part in it.

Evgeniy Biktashev, a sixth-year student of Bashkir State Medical University, won all fights in his weight category and became the champion of Bashkortostan. We sincerely congratulate him with this success!

Evgene Biktashev for many years successfully defends the honor of Bashkir State Medical University in the Republican, all-Russian and international competitions. He won and became the prizewinner of prestigious tournaments numerously. In 2016, he became the silver medalist of the Russian Championship. In 2017 he won the bronze medal of the Championship and the Cup of Russia. His coaches are Khusainov Salavat Magdanovich and Ziyakayev Rustam Ilgamovich. Moreover, Evgeniy Biktashev used to become the Batyr of Sabantui.
