Implementation of the Memorandum on cooperation between the Bashkir State Medical University and the South-Kazakhstan Medical Academy (Shymkent, the Republic of Kazakhstan)

From 15 till 26 May 2018 Professor Ordabayeva Saule Kutymovna, the head of the Pharmaceutical and Toxicological Chemistry department at the South-Kazakhstan Medical Academy visited the Bashkir State Medical University. The aims of the visit were to expand international relations and interuniversity cooperation in the field of science and education, the implementation of educational standards, the introduction of innovative approaches in educational and scientific activities, improving the level of training for scientific and educational work and practical health, to develop the academic mobility with the Pharmaceutical Chemistry department with the Courses of Analytical and Toxicological Chemistry at BSMU.

The admission program included participation in the educational process of students of the Faculty of Pharmacy, master classes with teachers, the introduction of experience of active teaching methods, discussion and coordination of joint educational programs, visits to scientific and clinical centers of the University, the base of industrial practice, etc.

Prof. Saule K. Ordabaeva and M. A. Mirsoatova, master's student of the Department took part in the international scientific-practical conference "Pharmaceutical education, modern aspects of science and practice" with the presentation of the results of scientific research. The exchange of views and experience of research and educational programs with the organizers and guests of the conference took place. During the conference the guests visited the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Laboratory of Cell Cultures on the basis of BSMU Central Research Laboratory and other research centers.
