BSMU hold events for students dedicated to the Independence Day of India

Bashkir State Medical University organized for the Indian students the event dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of India. Currently, more than 300 citizens from the Republic of India study at BSMU. Despite the fact that most of the students are on vacation at home, the holiday was a success.

The dean for work with foreign students, Rasul S. Farshatov, read the welcome address from the University on the state holiday of the Republic of India – Independence Day. After the performance, the students recited poetry, performed with vocal and dance numbers. The participants of the performance were 1st year students Singh Abhishek, Trunk, Archana, students of the 2nd year Sekhar Sumit, Ahmad Shahzad, Fakie Ur-Rahman, Qureshi Azeem Danish Shakil. Shayk Masud Chaudhari, the BSMU graduate in 2016 and in 2018 graduated from the residency in cardiovascular surgery, made the speech of encouragement.

Away from home, students from India remember their native country with warmth and they are grateful for organizing the holiday away from home.
