On 29-30 October 2018 I. M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University (Sechenov University) hosted the 5th European Congress on E-cardiology and E-health 2018 the Congress Center. The Project manager was RAS academician Peter Glybochko, rector of I. M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University, Professor Philip Kopylov, director of the Institute for Personalized Medicine, and Hugo Sanner, President of the European Society of E-cardiology and E-health, Professor of the University Cardiology Clinic at Inselspital University Hospital of the Bern University (Switzerland).
More than 100 foreign participants from around the world (Germany, USA, Australia, Italy, Holland, Switzerland, Argentina and others) attended the Congress. All reports were in English.
Professor Naufal Zagidullin, Director of BSMU Scientific and Research Institute of Cardiology, took an active part in the Congress. In particular, he made the presentation "Heart Rate Turbulence as a Mortality Predictor in 5 Years Study in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease" and moderated the section. The colleagues from BSMU partner university from China - Harbin Medical University – took part at the section.
The Congress discussed the following issues: the development of digital medicine and e-health in Russia and the world; achievements in the field of mobile health care in the field of medical care; experience in the development and implementation of digital medicine solutions in the practice of doctors; the use of mathematical methods and methods of artificial intelligence in the processing of medical data; mathematical modeling in cardiology; electronic image processing (e-Imaging): the next generation of systems for analyzing the state of the cardiovascular system and many others.
