Seminar in Izhevsk State Medical Academy on issues of complex security

On 7 December 2018,Izhevsk State Medical Academy hosted seminar on topical issues of fire safety, counteraction to terrorist threats, occupational safety and formation of environmental thinking in the youth environment on the basis of the ISMA of the Ministry of Healthcare of Russia (Izhevsk). The meeting was held in the framework of interaction of Medical Universities of the Russian Federation and exchange of experience, as well as to promote legal knowledge, to strengthen attention to emergencies, security and fire safety of students.

G. L. Matuzov, head of the Department for Labor Protection, Fire and Environmental safety, made a report to the students and employees of Izhevsk State Medical Academy.

In addition, Vice-Rector for Administration Affairs, head of the Labor Protection Service, head of the Disaster Medicine department of Izhevsk State Medical Academy of the Ministry of health of Russia were present at the seminar.

After the reports in the mode of "open microphone", the participants discussed a number of issues on most interest to students: "The Actions of medical personnel in the event of a fire in the intensive care unit", "What to do if all emergency exits in the fire", "The Order and frequency of training on fire safety", "Connection between the environmental situation and public health", etc.
