Liliya Novikova, head of the Neurology department of IAPE, became the winner of the all-Russian award “TIME to LIVE!”

In the framework of the XI International Congress "Neuro rehabilitation" Professor Novikova Liliya, head of the Neurology department of IAPE, honored doctor of the Republic of Bashkortostan and Russia, became the winner of the all-Russian award for achievements in the field of stroke control “TIME to LIVE!”.  Semyonova T. V., Director of the Department of medical education and personnel policy in healthcare, and Lekarev G. G., the Deputy Minister of labor and social protection of the Russian Federation, presented the all-Russian award.
