Theatre week for BSMU international students has started

Who is the most widely read and revered writer from Russia abroad and at the same time, according to the West, the most Russian of all authors? Of course, Fyodor Dostoyevsky. BSMU international students went to the State Academic Russian Drama theatre for the production created according to the novel of the great writer, philosopher and psychologist "Crime and punishment".

The visit to the theater, dedicated to the Year of Theater in Russia, made a great impression on the students: the interiors of the hall, the Museum of theatrical costumes and ending, of course, the Director's plan and the embodiment of this plan by the actors who plunged the audience into the Russian atmosphere, St. Petersburg alleys, streets, and the nooks and crannies of the Russian soul. In two acts the main character passes the way "from himself to himself". Together with him we pass this way, and Russian art does not entertain, but forms, educates and changes us.  

Let the words from the play become the motto for each of our students: "Become the sun, everyone will see you. The sun must first be the sun." And we are sure that now Russia for them is not only Russian science and education, but also Russian theater, and they will remember this performance for many years to come.
