BSMU students are the winners of the VI Eurasian International Olympiad on Neurology

On 17 April 2019, the VI Eurasian International Olympiad on Neurology was held in Novosibirsk.

BSMU students team "Circle of Willis" under the guidance of Professor L. R. Akhmadeeva was a participant of the competition, organized by the Neurology department of Novosibirsk State Medical University. As part of the competition, the participants passed through five stages: functional diagnostics and test tasks, emergency neurological care, practical skills, history and art in neurology, business card competition. Experts of the Olympiad were B. M. Doronin, head of the Neurology department of NSMU, E.V. Taneeva, chief neurologist of the Novosibirsk region, Professors of the Department, and heads of the profile departments of Novosibirsk hospitals. In total, 15 teams from Russian and foreign cities took part in the Olympiad. According to the results of the International Olympiad BSMU team was awarded the honorary diploma in the nomination "Best art critic in neurology".

The team was represented by students Vashkevich A. G., Kireeva A. I., Galiakhmetova H. R., Lazova O. S., R. R. Gizatullina, Zagidullina G. S., Mavlutov A. T.
