The Eurasian Congress of Urologists’ participants receive awards from the Republic of Bashkortostan leadership and BSMU administration

On 24 May, within the framework of the Eurasian Congress of Urologists, the awarding ceremony of the leading urologists of Russia and Eurasia, who made a significant contribution to the development of the urological service in Bashkortostan, took place.

Professor Magomed Gazimiev, Executive Director of the Russian Urology Society, Director of the Institute of Electronic Medical Education, Director of the Urology and Reproductive Human Health Institute at Sechenov University, Professor Alexey Martov, head of the Urology and Andrology department at A.I. Burnazyan Federal Medical Biophysical Center, Stefan Post, Professor of the Surgery department at the Medical faculty of Mannheim University of Heidelberg (Germany), Professor Vladimir Medvedev, chief freelance urologist of the Healthcare Department of Krasnodar region, Bulat Shalekenov, corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan have received the Letter of appreciation from the acting head of the Republic of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov.

The title "Honorary Professor of BSMU" was awarded to Oleg Loran, academician of RAS, head of the Urology department at the Russian Medical Academy of Continuous Professional Education (RMACPE).

Medal "For Devotion to BSMU" was awarded to Professor Mikhail Kogan, the head of the Urology and Reproductive Health department at Rostov State Medical University, Zaida Gajieva, MD, editor-in-chief of the journal "Urology", assistant to the Chairman of the Russian Urology  Society on work with regions, Professor Evgeny Bezrukov, head of the Urology department of the Institute of Urology and Human reproductive health, Alexander Zyryanov, head of the Urology department at the Ural State Medical University, Professor Safar Gamidov, head of the Urology and Andrology department at V.I Kulakov Research Center.
