XXIII University Neurological Readings

From May 27 to 29, 2020, the 23rd University Neurological Readings dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Great Victory are held online videoconference under the guidance of Professor Leila Akhmadeeva, the Neurology department of Bashkir State Medical University. Traditionally, the Neurological Readings are organized by the scientific and educational center of BSMU "Pedagogy, Psychology, Neurology, Neurorehabilitation" and the 2nd Republican neuroplenum and attract the attention of neurologists of the country and BSMU students.

Professor Heinz Reichmann, Dean of the Medicine school of the Technical University of Dresden, head of the Neurology department, Professor Kwon of South Korea, Dr. Dinmuhamed Ayaganov from Kazakhstan and Professor Ainur Ozge from Turkey made their speech at the first day of the 23rd University Neurological Readings.

Cooperation with the Technical University of Dresden has been going on for more than 20 years. BSMU students are regularly trained at the Medicine school, while students of the Technical University of Dresden are trained at Bashkir State Medical University. In 2016, the Memorandum of understanding was signed between the Karl Gustav Karus school of Medicine at the Technical University of Dresden and BSMU. Professor Manfred Wirth, head of the Urology department at the Karl Gustav Karus University clinic of the Technical University of Dresden, is a kind of "guide" between universities, thanks to which joint scientific developments were initiated. Professor Wirth attended the Congress of Urologists in Ufa in 2016. Under his guidance, Professor Adel Izmailov, a urologist at the BSMU Clinic, was trained for a month.
