BSMU help colleagues from Karachay-Cherkessia in the fight against coronavirus
At the request of the Ministry of healthcare of Russia, the team of 17 Republican doctors, including doctors of BSMU Clinic, students and residents of BSMU, will help colleagues from Karachay-Cherkessia in the fight against coronavirus. Radiy Khabirov, head of the Republic of Bashkortostan, instructed Valentin Pavlov, rector of Bashkir State Medical University, corresponding member of RAS, at a weekly operational meeting in the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan to take personal control of the work of the team of doctors.
The delegation of Bashkir State Medical University include nine doctors of the University Clinic, trainee doctors and students. Today, the team flew to Karachay-Cherkessia to work in the "red zones" of COVID hospitals.
Earlier the Republic of Bashkortostan sent the cargo with humanitarian aid there, which included personal protective equipment, masks, disinfectants, and medicines.
