The first Bashkir medical phrasebook "Medical Communicator" has been launched

Bashkir State Medical University in cooperation with Bashkir State University have launched the first Bashkir medical phrasebook Medical Communicator. The project received a grant from the Civil society development assistance Fund.

The web version of the Medical Communicator mobile application is available in three languages – Russian, Bashkir and English at https://bashkom.ru/med/. Famous radio host Evgeny Romanov and Ramilya Sanyarova, BSU associate Professor, voiced the application.

The Appendix includes 43 subsections, in which phrases on the main topics are grouped, as well as on topics of diseases.

Medical Communicator is an information resource for communication between patients and employees of health and wellness organizations and institutions in Russian, Bashkir and English, as well as for students of educational and scientific organizations and all those who are interested in accessible medical information.

Project Medical Communicator mobile application is a unique educational, scientific and applied project aimed at the preservation, development, promotion of the official languages of the Republic of Bashkortostan and languages of people in RB and the Bashkir language outside the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Soon the app will be available in the App Store and Google Play.
