Autumn is the time of poetry

On the last day of the outgoing autumn, BSMU Russian language course organized the literary meeting Autumn is the time of poetry.  The event brought together online students from different countries studying in our University. The participants read poems and sang songs about love, homeland, nature, meaning of life and purpose in Russian, Bashkir, Tatar, Spanish, and English. More than a hundred spectators, more than fifty speakers took part in the literary evening. Thanks to the online format, the students were able to invite their relatives and friends to the meeting.  Autumn is the time of poetry meeting contributed to the popularization of not only Russian culture, but also our University, which opened its hospitable doors to everyone who wanted to spend this autumn in a warm poetic atmosphere.
