BSMU medical college student became the winner of the All-Russian competition of youth individuals’ projects

From March 9 to April 7, 2021, the correspondence stage of the All-Russian Competition of Youth Projects among Individuals was held.

Azat Aitbayev, a 3rd-year student of BSMU Medical College with a degree in Dental Orthopedics, took part in the competition with his project Learn the Art of Management and became the winner. The grant is 250,000 rubles.

What is the essence of the project? Who is it for? In what way will it be implemented?

"The project called Learn the Art of Management reveals such a problem as the lack of negotiation skills, effective communication, and conflict resolution in everyday life. In order to solve this problem, the team and I conducted surveys and studied this problem. And the solution to this problem was the Vladimir Tarasov’s game Managerial duels. And within the framework of the project, we will train students of universities and colleges of the Republic of Bashkortostan with the above-described skills, using the technology of the author's game." - comments Azat Aitbayev, an employee of the project service of the Executive Committee of the ROO RMI League of Youth Policy of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

It is worth noting that Azat has already won the grant competition for the second time. In October 2020, he became the winner of a grant competition within the framework of the Smart-Tau youth educational forum, the grant amount was 50,000 rubles.
