The Eurasian REC has organized an internship for young researchers in India. Bashkortostan pays special attention to the future of science. One of the priority goals of the Decade of Science and Technology in Russia is to attract talented young people to the sphere. State support measures for talented youth in the form of grants are being actively implemented in the republic, major federal projects have been launched. Regular international contacts are needed to improve the efficiency of science: the management company of the Scientific and Educational Center of the Republic of Bashkortostan organized an international internship for representatives of universities and scientific organizations participating in the Eurasian REC to India. Our scientists have set a clear and achievable goal: to ensure Russia's presence in the top ten countries in terms of research and development. "For scientists who want to do science here in Russia, we should all the more try to provide an unhindered green corridor," Valentina Matvienko, Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, stressed in one of her speeches. The purpose of the international internship in India is to study how personnel are trained for high–tech industries in universities and technology companies in India. 15 young researchers get acquainted with the experience of implementing projects at GLA University, Jawaharlal Nehru University and University of Delhi's. Foreign universities have a high standard of infrastructure, educational resources for research and innovation. Within the framework of the program, scientists visit advanced laboratories in breakthrough industries - biotechnology, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, computer science, mechanical engineering and electronics. "The internship turned out to be very fruitful. We got acquainted with Indian scientists who are studying the mechanisms of cancer development, including the study of molecular genetic foundations, and with whom we can actively cooperate. We agreed to monitor the possibilities of submitting international grants from Russia-India," said Irina Gilyazova, a representative of the BSMU.
