New Year in the Talk2me Conversation Club

On December 26, the next meeting of the Talk2me Russian conversation club for international students took place. The topic of the meeting was the New Year. The children learned about the peculiarities of the New Year celebration in different regions and cities of Russia, discussed with whom it is better to celebrate this holiday, listened and sang the Russian song "A Christmas tree was born in the forest", laughed heartily and had fun guessing the words in the game "Crocodile". The festive atmosphere was supported by special guests Snegurochka and Ded Moroz, who congratulated the children on the New Year, and also presented memorable gifts to the winners and prize-winners of video recipes and tips for learning foreign languages. Students shared their warm wishes with each other in postcards that they wrote themselves. And finally, each of them received a prediction for the coming year.
