Marat Fayazovich Urmantsev. - Candidate of Medical Sciences, Head of the oncology department of the BSMU Clinic, associate Professor of the Department of Oncology with the course of pathological Anatomy, associate Professor of the Department of Urology with the course of IDPO became the winner of the project "Doctor of the Future". He presented a case of laparoscopic resection of the kidney with a tumor larger than the size of the kidney (RENAL 11). The Doctor of the Future program is a multidisciplinary project. The main goal is the generalization of collective experience in solving non–standard clinical problems, as well as the exchange of experience in the context of rapidly changing recommendations for the treatment of oncological diseases.
