Rector of BSMU Valentin Pavlov took part in the event dedicated to the 32nd anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Tajikistan

The Republic of Tajikistan celebrates 32 years of state independence. On September 9, 1991 at the session of the Shuroi Oli (Supreme Council) of the Republic of Tajikistan the resolution "On the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan" was adopted with the wording: "The Republic of Tajikistan is an independent, democratic, legal state".

In honor of the state holiday an official reception was held. Rector of the University, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor Valentin Pavlov personally congratulated the Consul General of Tajikistan in Ufa Temur Rakhimov and the people of the Republic of Tajikistan on the holiday and wished further and fruitful cooperation between the countries.

About a thousand students from Tajikistan study at the University. The guys study well, participate in social life. During the coronavirus pandemic students worked in clinics of Bashkortostan. Today, graduates of the university are in demand in the Republic of Tajikistan.
