The Head of the Republic presented state awards to doctors and scientists of BSMU

On December 26 Radi Khabirov presented state awards of Russia and Bashkortostan to the specialists of different spheres of the republic, including Mukharram Bikbov, director of Ufa Research Institute of Eye Diseases of BSMU, Nail Allayarov, head of reception department, surgeon of BSMU Clinic, and Rustam Aibulatov, medical anesthesiologist of anesthesiology-resuscitation department of BSMU Clinic.

Muharram Bikbov, one of the leading Russian scientists in the field of refractive and cataract surgery, an outstanding ophthalmic surgeon, a teacher, an excellent organizer, was awarded the honorary title "Honored Worker of Science of the Russian Federation". For many years Mukharram Mukhtaramovich has been successfully leading the Ufa Institute of Eye Diseases. He is the author of about a thousand scientific works and patents for inventions. Under his guidance 8 doctoral and 21 candidate theses were defended.

The medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" of the II degree was awarded to Nail Allayarov, the head of the reception department, surgeon-doctor of the BSMU Clinic. In February, 2022 Nail Dinislamovich was sent as a part of traveling medical brigade to Karachay-Cherkess Republic to render medical aid to patients with new coronavirus infection. In December 2022, Nail Allayarov was deployed as part of a visiting medical brigade to Zaporozhzhye to provide life support and medical assistance to the population during a special military operation.

Rustam Aibulatov, a medical brother anesthesiologist of the anesthesiology-reanimation department of BSMU Clinic, was awarded the medal of Luke of Crimea. Being on a business trip as a member of the medical brigade in Melitopol, Rustam Aibulatov rendered medical aid to the population and military men. In his work Rustam Ruslanovich is guided by the principles of medical ethics and deontology in communication with patients and colleagues.
