The BSMU martial arts team will hold a joint training session at the MMA school with Jeff Monson

Jeff Monson's school "Martial arts (jiu-jitsu, grappling) as a way of survival in an extreme situation" started at BSMU in mid-December 2023 and trainings are held weekly.

Jeff Monson is a five-time winner of the World Grappling Championship and the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu World Champion. He competed in the UFC in the heavyweight division. Today he is a member of the State Assembly - Kurultai of the Republic of Bashkortostan. He leads an active political and public life. He opens his schools all over Russia.

Everyone who comes to Jeff Monson's grappling and Brazilian jiu-jitsu school will be able to:

Improve their physical fitness;

increase their stamina;

gain self-confidence;

learn effective self-defense techniques;

acquire a good wrestling base, which will be useful in any type of martial arts;

recovery and rehabilitation;

dynamic joint mobility.

Training will allow everyone to successfully participate in competitions in this type of martial arts.

Grappling contributes to the study of dynamic morphology of the human body structure at different structural levels. Private dynamic morphology provides anatomical analysis of individual positions and movements of the human body.

All BSMU students with MMA and martial arts skills are welcome to attend.
