The conference "Modern technologies in the diagnosis and treatment of neurological diseases" was held at the Department of Neurology of BSMU. Associate Professor of the department O.V.Kachemaeva told the audience about Alzheimer's disease and promising approaches to its treatment. Professor of the department E.V. Saifullina made a report on drugs that are used in the treatment of spinal muscular atrophy. The head of the department, M.A. Kutlubaev, spoke on neuroimaging issues. At the end of the event, CT and MRI scans of patients with various brain diseases were analyzed in an interactive form.
