The University Olympiad on "Dental restoration" was held for students in the intermediary language of the 4th year of the Faculty of Dentistry

On March 15, 2024, the Department of Therapeutic Dentistry hosted the Intra-university Olympiad on "Dental Restoration" for 4th-year students of the Faculty of Dentistry studying in the specialty Dentistry in the intermediary language. The objectives of the Olympiad were to improve the quality of the educational process, the development of intellectual, practical and creative abilities of students.

The students performed the restoration of the phantom chewing tooth with modern composite materials. The jury consists of: chairman – Acting Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, Professor G.M. Akmalova, co–chairman - Acting head of the Department of Therapeutic Dentistry, Associate Professor L.I. Kuznetsova, teachers of the Department.

According to the results of the Olympiad, the prizes were taken: Suri Fatemeh – Grand Prix, Fake Wais Khatam Mohammed Fake Wais – 1st place, Moradhani Amirreza – 2nd place, Kenawi Issa Fawi Ahmed – 3rd place. All participants of the Olympiad received certificates and gifts.
