On March 25-27, 2024, the XVI Annual All-Russian Congress on Infectious Diseases named after Academician V.I. Pokrovsky "Infectious diseases in the modern world: evolution, current and future threats" (congress with international participation) was held in Moscow. It was attended by more than 4 thousand delegates from Russia, near and far abroad.
Within the framework of the Congress, a competition for young scientists was held, in which 49 reports from Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan took part.
The 1st place was taken by a poster report by students of the Faculty of General Medicine Khasanov Dinar, Gufranova Alice and a student of the Pediatric faculty Abdeeva Gulshat under the guidance of Professor of the Department of Infectious Diseases Khasanova Guzel Mirgasimovna. The report "microRNA-146a as a promising marker for the development of complications in hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome" was presented at the Congress and defended before the commission by Hasanov Dinar, a 5th-year student of the Faculty of General Medicine.
