The fifth jubilee Open International Cricket Tournament among student teams of Russian universities was held at BSMU

The competitions were held on May 14-16, 2024 on the basis of "Dynamo" stadium. The solemn opening ceremony was attended by: pro-rector for academic work of BSMU Damir Valishin, Head of the Department of Physical Education of BSMU Ruslan Gainullin, Dean for work with foreign students Rasul Farshatov, Professor of the Department of Philosophy Ambika Lokeshar and other honorable guests.

-It has become a good tradition to organize these competitions at the Bashkir State Medical University. I believe that they play an important role in strengthening friendship between the Russian Federation and the Republic of India. 90 athletes from 6 universities of Russia took part in the competition.

3rd place - Chuvash State University;

4th place - Orenburg State Medical University.

5th place - Bashkir State Medical University No. 1;

6th place - Samara State Medical University;

7th place - Bashkir State Pedagogical University.
