Learning through experience: summer industrial practice of BSMU students has been completed

Practical training is one of the main stages of the training process of a future doctor. The summer examination session for future doctors ended with practical training for students of 1-5 years of Bashkir State Medical University. They underwent practical training in clinical hospitals throughout the republic.

Some foreign students traveled outside of the Russian Federation for practical training and practiced in medical institutions of Abkhazia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Abkhazia, India, Egypt, Kuwait, Thailand.

At present, the internship and practice of our students on the basis of the West China Hospital of Sichuan University is being finalized.

During the internship, students have mastered not only the skills of providing medical care, but also formed the skills of working with regulatory, legal, reference documentation.

It should be noted that the medical institution, issuing a target referral, guarantees not only employment after graduation, but also provides control over the learning process, as well as provides the opportunity to undergo practical training on the basis of the hospital.

Practice ensures the connection of theoretical knowledge with practical skills, the ability to apply this knowledge to solve specific problems, the development of professional consciousness and professionally significant qualities.

Letters of gratitude for contribution to the development of health care and training of qualified specialists were received from the university management, rector of BSMU, academician of RAS professor Valentin Nikolaevich Pavlov.

*Providing the health care system with qualified personnel is one of the priorities of the health care sector and is one of the main conditions for solving the problem of improving the quality and accessibility of medical care. The mechanism of targeted training made it possible to attract additional young specialists.
