Kazakhstani students participated in the International Student School of Bashkir Medical University

On August 26, the International Scientific School “Beyond The Science” started at Bashkir State Medical University. The participants were students from Marat Ospanov West Kazakhstan Medical University. The scientific school “Beyond The Science” is a platform for discussions and exchange of experience between Russian and foreign students of medical universities.

- Technologies of scientific search and thoughts of our scientists attract young people not only from Russia. Today representatives of Kazakhstan came to Bashkir Medical University to participate in the International Youth Scientific School. Today we are restoring old, pre-pandemic formats of cooperation and developing new ones. During four days the laboratories of the university will become the center of attraction for our foreign young colleagues, - said the rector of BSMU, academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, professor Valentin Pavlov.

The Kazakhstani student delegation will daily take part in lectures and master classes of leading scientists of the University, round tables and field events will be organized for the participants of the School in the Center of Robotic Surgery and in the laboratories of the Institute of Fundamental Medicine, Interuniversity Student Campus, Institute of Urology and Clinical Oncology and others.

- We have been partners for a long time, we have a well established program of academic mobility: earlier students of Bashkir State Medical University came to visit us, and now at the invitation of BSMU the student delegation of our university takes part in the scientific school. We hope for fruitful cooperation and wish prosperity, welfare and success to the whole staff of BSMU and its students, - commented Dinara Muldagalieva, the specialist on academic mobility of students of Marat Ospanov West Kazakhstan Medical University.
