The university was visited by scientists and doctors from Turkey
A delegation from Turkey took part in the III International EuroAsian Forum of Internal Medicine Doctors. In particular, the scientific event was attended by the doctor of the Liv Bahcesehir Hospital at the University of Istinye (Turkey), Professor Jeida Aslan and Associate Professor Ebru Esen.
- I would like to thank the Forum Committee for the invitation. We think that in the future this event will help us in the treatment of our patients. At the same time, here we can exchange experience and our skills. Foreign doctors and scientists held a working meeting with the rector of BSMU, academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, MD, professor Valentin Nikolaevich Pavlov. The meeting discussed options for possible cooperation. The Turkish delegation got acquainted with the BSMU Clinic, the laboratories of the University at the Interuniversity Student Campus, the Institute of Fundamental Medicine.
Such meetings contribute to maintaining the cultural code of foreign students: the meeting was attended by a 3rd year student of the international faculty Aydemir Vedat, who came to the Bashkir State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Russia from Turkey to get the profession of a dentist.
Vedat said that he was from the city of Mersin (southern Turkey). Father works in Russia, mother is an orthopedist by profession. From the age of 9, Vedat became interested in dentistry and from a young age studied in a dental laboratory. The future dentist decided to study at a Russian university, as he believes that the quality of education in Russia is an order of magnitude higher than in Turkey.
