More than 200 students and employees of the University took part in the action "Total dictation"

On April 5, the Bashkir State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Russia became the site of the annual educational campaign "Total Dictation". At the University, Russian and foreign students joined the event. Bashkir Medical University annually opens its doors to participants in the Total Dictation. Testing knowledge of the Russian language has become a tradition among current and future doctors.

In 2025, Total Dictation covered more than 900 settlements in Russia, as well as 80 cities and 50 countries around the world!

This year, the author of the text for the dictation was the writer Marina Moskvina. Especially for "Total Dictation", the writer created four texts that were dictated in different time zones on city sites and as part of an online marathon.

In the building No. 8, the main site of the Total Dictation worked. Here for the participants the text was dictated by the actress of the National Youth Theater named after Mustai Karim Yulia Nyrkova. 113 people joined the dictation.

More than 100 foreign students of the Bashkir State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Russia took part in the TruD at the Interuniversity Student Campus. Tasks for those who study Russian as a foreign language are different: this year the guys completed a test-quest - 11 tasks, the main topic of which was traveling. After completing the main part of the test, students had the opportunity to write a small dictation. General Director of the State Academic Symphony Orchestra of the Republic of Bashkortostan Artur Naziullin helped the students to deal with the tasks and dictated the text.

"This is an unusual action for me. I have such an inner awe and worries for the guys, because the questions are very difficult, the text is very deep. I've been a foreigner to others so many times, so I'm really pleased to be here with mine and read for foreigners. The last time I personally wrote a dictation was probably back in 2006. I wish you all good luck!" – Arthur Naziullin, General Director of the State Academic Symphony Orchestra of the Republic of Bashkortostan commented.

"I participate in this dictation every year. I think this is a great opportunity to test your knowledge. There is no limit to perfection in the study of the Russian language. In my opinion, it is useful for every foreigner who studies the state language of the Russian Federation to participate in the Total Dictation campaign," – Nicholas Musonda, a third-year student at the BSMU Faculty of Medicine from Zambia said.
