University expands cooperation with Tajik State Medical University named after Abuali ibni Sino

On April 26, a delegation from Bashkir State Medical University visited Tajik State Medical University to deliver a lecture on the contributions of medical workers during the Great Patriotic War.
The delegation consisted of Secretary of the Admissions Committee of the Bashkir State Medical University, associate professor of the department of general surgery, transplantology and radiation diagnostics Gulnara Chingizova , associate professor of the department of Public health and Healthcare organization Azat Kinyabulatov, and senior lecturer of the Department of Russian language, Linguistics and International Communication Anna Sidorova.

The lecture, attended by 5th and 6th-year students, highlighted the achievements of Bashkortostan's medical professionals and the history of collaboration between the two universities.

During the visit, the delegation held discussions on future cooperation with several university officials, including Vice-Rector for Scientific and Publishing Activities, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor Ikromi Turakhon Sharbat , Head of the International Relations Department, Associate Professor of the Department of Environmental Hygiene of the Faculty of Public Health Nazarzod Hussein , Vice-Rector for Educational Work, PhD Associate Professor Ahroriyon Zarina Asror, and Head of the Department of Urology, PhD, Associate Professor Mirakov Ravshan Saidovich. The delegation also toured the university's innovation museum and Russian language department.
