Review of the past intra-university Olympiad "OCULUS-2025" in regenerative ophthalmology

On May 24, 2025, the Higher School of Regenerative Eye and Plastic Surgery held the intra-university Olympiad “OCULUS-2025”, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The event was organized for foreign 3rd-year students of the Faculty of Medicine.

 Three teams participated:

“Visionaries”

“Spectacular squad”

 “Drishti”

As part of the Olympiad, participants completed six exciting stages: answering to Quiz Questions, demonstrated practical skills, wrote prescriptions for glasses, solved a clinical case, performed a musical performance, and took part in a battle of leaders. These tasks allowed students to demonstrate their knowledge, skills, and creativity.

The students showed interest in this event and noted the high level of organization and friendly atmosphere. Participation in the Olympiad increased their interest in the field of regenerative ophthalmology and stimulated further improvement of professional competencies.

At the end of the event, all participants were presented with diplomas and memorable gifts, which became a pleasant addition to their achievements and motivated them to further develop.
