BSMU hosted the Parade of Freshmen

Freshmen of the Bashkir State Medical University solemnly celebrated the Day of Knowledge at the Dynamo stadium. For the first time, the guys put on white coats, symbolizing the beginning of their responsible and noble path in medicine.

Recall that according to the results of the Admission Campaign of 2025, the BSMU of the Ministry of Health of Russia received a record number of applicants without entrance examinations: 25 people - 100-point , 1 people - 200-point and 8 winners and prize-winners of Olympiads. In total, 1,148 people were allocated to the budget for undergraduate and specialty programs. Also, 90 people will study at the University under a separate quota, 37 - under a special quota and 554 - under the target one. This year, 140 people will master master master's programs, 1397 people will master residency programs. BSMU College enrolled 419 people.

Traditionally, the first to greet freshmen was the rector of BSMU, academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, professor Valentin Nikolaevich Pavlov:

Our Bashkir State Medical University has every opportunity for the development of each of you! 6 years will run very fast and I hope you will be the most successful graduation of our University. This year we received more 100-point winners, winners and prize-winners of the Olympiads than ever. At BSMU, you will definitely reveal your potential in sports, creativity, study foreign languages, visit many countries of the world as part of the academic mobility program. You can become brilliant specialists: doctors, IT specialists, biologists. But the most important thing is that you must become worthy citizens of our great country! We want you to live the best student years at our university, so that you gnaw the granite of medical science and become worthy doctors - this is very hard work. Good luck!"

The heroes of the celebration were congratulated on the Day of Knowledge by Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Bashkortostan Elena Nikolaevna Galimulina, Chairman of the Committee for Health, Social Policy and Veterans Affairs of the State Assembly - Kurultay of the Republic of Bashkortostan Salavat Fattakhovich Kharrasov and Russian biathlete, three-time world champion, bronze medalist of the Olympic Games in Vancouver (2010), three-time world champion in summer biathlon, Honored Master of Sports of Russia Maxim Alexandrovich Chudov.

"Let me congratulate you on the Day of Knowledge! Happy student life! I would like to note that the Republic of Bashkortostan is one of the five best regions of Russia in the field of healthcare development. And this was confirmed by the recently held congress, at which we gathered almost all regions of Russia. Dear freshmen, I want to wish you a bright, active, very interesting student life, and most importantly - fruitful. I hope that in a few years, when you choose your profile areas, we will tell you: "Dear colleagues!" We are waiting for you in the best medical organizations of our republic!" - Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Bashkortostan Elena Nikolaevna Galimulina addressed the freshmen.

"Today is a great holiday in the life of the team of our Bashkir State Medical University. Today our wonderful freshmen begin to study. I'm happy for you all! We are proud that worthy students study at our medical university. You are the future of our country - our homeland, and the future of world medicine," - Salavat Fattakhovich Kharrasov, Chairman of the Committee on Health, Social Policy and Veterans Affairs of the State Assembly - Kurultay of the Republic of Bashkortostan, congratulated.

"Being in the stands, we saw a huge army in white coats swim into the stadium. It was incredible to watch! After some time, these guys will be useful for our country, they will save lives. BSMU students were very lucky with the leader, mentor — the rector. He is kind, tough, and demanding, but with him you can sail on the same ship along the endless water and be sure that you are going in the right direction, and you will be brought to your logical conclusion - you will get an education and will be in demand specialists! Gain knowledge and experience!" - Honored Master of Sports of Russia Maxim Alexandrovich Chudov wished the freshmen.

Students of the final courses of the Bashkir State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Russia also conveyed parting words to the freshmen.

"Dear freshmen, we - graduate students - gladly accept you into the ranks of students of the Bashkir State Medical University. We congratulate you on this wonderful choice and wish you success in your studies and self-confidence. Here you will get high professional medical skills and good practice. Victories and the proud name of the university now depend on you! With honor and dignity, carry the title "Student of the Bashkir State Medical University," - Polina Popugaeva, a graduate student of the dental faculty, who has achieved high results in scientific and social activities, addressed the freshmen.

The honor to pronounce the oath of the freshman of the Bashkir State Medical University fell to Shamil Vagapov, who received 100 points each on the exam in chemistry and biology:

"We promise to strive to study perfectly and, if possible, become university scholars! We promise to be worthy citizens of our republic, to use the knowledge gained for the benefit of our native Bashkortostan! We promise to glorify the university far beyond the borders of the republic! We promise to take part in socially significant and social events of the university!
