The annual Government report to the State Duma was presented by Mikhail Mishustin, Prime Minister of Russia.
“In accordance with the Constitution, the Government submits an annual report on the results of its work to the State Duma. Today I will go into detail about what we have managed to accomplish in 2025, what goals we have achieved. And of course, I will talk about our priorities for the near future”.
“We have focused our resources on the priorities set by the President. We have ensured a swift start for new national projects, a significant share of which are aimed at achieving technological leadership”.
Mikhail Mishustin also spoke about how companies‑clients cooperate with universities under the Priority‑2030 program:
At the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT), technologies have been proposed for an integrated network of unmanned aircraft systems, as well as for satellite and mobile communication networks.
At Southern Federal University, a comprehensive platform and AI services have been created for forecasting and monitoring soil conditions.
At Bashkir Medical University, a biological material for regenerative surgery and therapy has been developed and launched into production.
Under the Priority‑2030 program, the university is implementing three strategic projects. Among them are projects that implement the concept of regenerative technologies:
International Ophthalmology Cluster;
Regenerative Biomedicine and Cognitive Technologies for a Long and Active Life (within this project).
The university is implementing the concept of regenerative technologies in the project Development and Production of Allogeneic Grafts. New types of allografts that have been developed and put into production enable various reconstructive and plastic surgeries:
in ophthalmology;
for the consequences of diseases, burns, injuries, and concussions (including in combat conditions and man‑made disasters);
in urology and gynaecology;
in cardiac surgery, for sternum regeneration.
The university plans to bring three new types of allografts to the market by the end of the year, expanding the range of treatments for various diseases.
